We’re looking for a highly driven, dynamic, analytical and dedicated individual who has at least 2+ years experience in paid digital media management.

Objectives of the position:

The Digital Media Planner is responsible for executing day-to-day paid search and social media planning associated with assigned accounts. The successful candidate has previously worked with most paid platforms and has run extensive paid media campaigns. He/She prepares media plans and other deliverables and executes on them, while managing customer ad spends.

Responsibilities:

– Plan digital media programs for clients based off of predetermined objectives.
– Execute digital media programs by creating and launching campaigns across a range of digital platforms (social focus).
– Craft compelling ad copy.
– Optimize and maintain digital campaigns (A/B testing, budget pacing, etc.).
– Create reports/dashboards for clients containing campaign data, insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

– 2+ years experience running digital campaigns.
– Experience advertising on a number of the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Google (Search/Video/Shopping/Display), Bing, Amazon.
– Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
– Bonus if you have experience in the Toy/Retail industry.
– English only will be required.

He/She prepares content plans and other deliverables and executes content plan and campaigns while building and managing brand communities.

Business responsibilities:

  • Work with social media team to create, manage and execute content strategies
  • Create, curate, develop and manage content with creative team
  • Develop, manage and maintain social media communities across multiple platforms

Experience / Requirements:

  • 3+ years planning and managing paid campaigns at an agency or in-house for a brand
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
  • Experience in the toy industry is a huge bonus
